Privacy notice
This notice explains what Hey Lazr does with your personal information when you use this website. Hey Lazr is a trading name of Injectox Clinic Ltd, which is the controller of your information.

What we collect
- Book now: your name and mobile number, and the page you booked from. You then choose a time on our booking system (Faces), which has its own privacy notice.
- Questions: your name, mobile number, email address and whatever you write in your message.
- WhatsApp button: when you press it we record a reference code, the page you were on, how you reached the site (for example an advert), and the Meta advertising cookies described below. The same reference code appears in the message we prefill, so we can match your WhatsApp chat to the visit.
- Advertising cookies: this site uses the Meta pixel, which sets cookies (such as
_fbp) so we can see which of our Facebook and Instagram adverts lead to enquiries and bookings.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to book you in, and to understand which of our adverts work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and promoting the clinic, and, for the question form, the consent you give when you tick the box.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only as we instruct:
- PatientFlow Ltd, who run our enquiry handling and advertising, using Supabase (servers in the EU) to store enquiries.
- Netlify, who host this website and keep a backup copy of form submissions.
- Meta, for the pixel and for WhatsApp.
- Faces, our booking system.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where they are, the transfer is covered by the UK's adequacy rules or standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and WhatsApp click records only as long as we need them to answer you, match bookings to our adverts and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
